Patient Billing

As a specialty practice, we may only see you as our patient for one or two visits. Therefore, payment is made at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, Check, Zelle, ApplePay, GooglePay and cash. As a courtesy, if you have dental insurance we will verify your coverage, bill your carrier, provide documentation, claim forms, radiographs, treatment narratives, and have payments made to you directly from your insurance carrier. Our office manager is an expert in dental insurance and will work hard to maximize your benefits. We deliver the finest care to our patients.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
