Financing Your Care

As Insurance carriers are in the business of making money and satisfying their stakeholders, to them, your health does not supersede this goal. Our primary goal is to provide the best treatment that is available, and to that end, we cannot allow insurance carriers to dictate how we treat you and what procedures they will cover. For this reason, we are not contracted with any insurance company. We will advise you what is best for YOUR health and in what manner. 

Payment options:

You may pay for your treatment with cash or personal check and all forms of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, and Zelle. There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee, however, paying by check, cash or Zelle does not have any processing fees.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office on the date of service. Most insurance carriers should respond to the claim within four to six weeks.
